Windows File Tracker is an application created to record the file tracks for the specified file types automatically, such as their created, renamed, moved and deleted actions, so as to let you get your forgotten important files, it maybe suit any Windows user.

It avoids the hard files finding when you forget current file names due to the frequent operation and careless/error operation, but please note that WFT can not recover your deleted files, namely, it can get the existing files easily, but can only tell you certain files are deleted already.

WFT provides the convenient filter and searcher for finding out the target files and allows you specify the file types for tracking (it tracks some common files by default, e.g. Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Adobe Reader/Compressed files), you can also star/un-star the important/unimportant files and quickly get the target files.
